The Black Friday Deal

Deadline: Sale ends 2nd Dec.
This uses a "Black Friday" discount. It saves money, but the trip is one night shorter than you requested, and we must book it immediately.
The Complete Trip
Dates: 10 July – 18 July
Benefit: Includes "Extra Night Free".
This fits your 8-night plan perfectly. You leave on the 18th, which means you can travel back with the family members who join for the last 4 days.

My Advice
I recommend Option 2 (All Inclusive).
This option gives you the full holiday you wanted. The price difference is small (£67 pp on All Inclusive) to get a full extra day. Also, leaving on the 18th makes the travel plans much smoother for the rest of the family.
The All Inclusive board covers your meals and drinks, so you don't have to worry about spending extra money while you are there.
